Wonsan

Wonsan, a port city on the east coast of North Korea, offers a slightly more relaxed atmosphere compared to some other North Korean ports. While still under strict government control, Wonsan boasts a beach resort area, the Masikryong Tourist Zone. This limited glimpse into North Korea's leisure facilities might be the only designated "sight" for sailors. Shopping options will likely be restricted, with stores offering basic necessities and local crafts. Dining options might include some seafood restaurants alongside local Korean cuisine options.  Nightlife, in the Western sense, is still nonexistent. However, there's a possibility of encountering state-sanctioned cultural performances or recreational activities in the evenings.  Due to North Korea's isolationist policies, information on such activities is limited.
