Mina Qabus, Port Sultan Qaboos

Port Sultan Qaboos, previously known as Mina Qabus, is the largest port in Muscat, Oman. Situated in the Muttrah area near the Corniche, this port has transformed from a commercial port to a major cruise ship hub.

Shopping options near the port are limited. However, a trip to nearby Sur or Muscat will provide a wider variety of shops and stores to explore.

While the port itself doesn't offer historical attractions, venturing a little further unlocks the wonders of Oman's past. Explore the ancient city of Qalhat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or visit the nearby town of Sur, known for its traditional dhow shipyards and beautiful beaches.
