Benti

Benti, a town and seaport in western Guinea, sits at the head of the Mélikhouré River estuary, approximately 10 miles upstream from the Atlantic coast. Its strategic location has made it a crucial center for banana exports, second only to Conakry. The port can accommodate oceangoing vessels with a draft of up to 21 feet, facilitating trade and commerce.
