Port Moller

Port Moller, an unincorporated community nestled on the northern coast of Alaska's Peninsula, is a small fishing village named after the adjacent bay. The bay itself takes its name from the sloop Moller, a ship used by early explorers.

This close-knit community is known for its abundant salmon runs, attracting anglers from across the globe.  Beyond fishing, Port Moller offers breathtaking views of the Bering Sea, a sight that leaves a lasting impression on visitors. 

History buffs may be interested in the Port Moller Hot Springs Village Site, located near the community. Archaeological evidence suggests that Aleut people inhabited this area for thousands of years, with artifacts dating back at least 3,500 years.
