Terminal, operated by Shell Petroleum Development Company, stands as a
crucial hub for Nigeria's oil and gas industry. Situated 14 nautical miles off
Nigeria's south coast, the terminal comprises two Single Buoy Moorings (SBMs)
fed by a submarine pipeline.
With a load line zone categorized as Tropical and accommodating
vessels up to 300,000 DWT and a draught of up to 22.8 meters, the terminal
plays a pivotal role in Nigeria's oil and gas export operations.
