Bršica, a port village on the eastern coast of Raša Bay, offers a tranquil atmosphere.
Accessible by ferry and connected by the D421 state road, Bršica is part of the Raša port basin,
along with Štalije terminal. Enjoy the picturesque views and maritime activities of Raša Bay.
The Port of Rijeka Terminal, located about 50 kilometers away by sea (or
100 kilometers by road), handles livestock, timber, and general cargo. Bršica's specialized terminal features
facilities for transporting livestock, with a berth for two ships and stables
for 1,000 head of large livestock. The animals are under constant veterinary
supervision.
While Bršica itself may not have large supermarkets, nearby towns offer grocery
stores. Local stores provide daily essentials and fresh produce. For a livelier
nightlife scene, explore nearby towns like Split or Hvar Island. Hvar Island boasts a vibrant scene with
beach bars, clubs, and rooftop venues. Don't miss the famous Carpe Diem club while you're there.
